The CGE11-N Compact Convection Oven is perfectly suited to Gastronomy cooking with fast heat up and manual humidification allowing you to cook fish, meat, vegetables and baked goods to perfect consistency every time. Cooking is homogeneous and quick, even at low temperatures due to intelligent heat circulation through the turbines. Dual fans with automatic timed reversal ensure baked goods are cooked evenly and consistently throughout the cook cycle.
