Direct Steam Ovens with Automatic Cleaning System
- Interior and exterior made of stainless steel AISI 304, thermal insulation made of ceramic fibre, stainless steel feet.
- Cooking chamber: entirely welded, rounded corners and angles. Seal fixed on the front face of cooking chamber. Stamped bottom which collects condensation towards the discharge. Plates holder structure easily removable. Heat diffusers easily dismountable. Motorized evacuation pipe for all cooking. Halogen lights.
- Double glazing doors: ergonomic and athermal handle, automatic closing with safety avoiding all accidental openings, recuperator of condensation integrated in the door, interior glass on hinges. Air circulation between the panes guarantees a better thermal insulation. Micro switch to stop the fan during the opening.
- Gas heating: new gas-burner and grooved heat exchanger, increasing the effectiveness of the heat transfer. They make it possible to save up to 20% of the gas consumption and also a reduction of 20% of the noxious emissions.
- Control panel with digital display: frontal accessibility, facility and speed for the aftersales service, water tightness "IPX5".
- Accessories included: structure (65 mm) core probe. NB: delivered without grids.
