The Diamond tabletop vegetable cutter and food processor is ideally suited for moderate to high volume use in large restaurants, supermarkets and delicatessens.
Convenience features like fast blade change and dual inlet chutes make for quick and efficient slicing of any kind of fruit or vegetable in the busiest environments.
- Medium duty vegetable processor.
- Disc diameter: 205mm.
- Approx output per hour: 150 to 350 Kg.
- Cutting speed: 400 RPM.
- Manufactured in 100% stainless steel to resist the corrosive effects of salts and acids.
- Upper assembly is easily dismantled and dishwasher safe.
- Designed for ease of use and fast cleaning.
- Up to 60 different slicing and grating combinations with optional accessories.
- Safety interlock switches prevent operation if the machine is opened or the feeder handle is not closed correctly.
- Forced ventilation to motor.
