The Diamond tabletop vegetable cutter and food processor is ideally suited for moderate to high volume use in large restaurants, supermarkets and delicatessens.
Convenience features like fast blade change and dual inlet chutes make for quick and efficient slicing of any kind of fruit or vegetable in the busiest environments.
- Medium duty vegetable processor.
- Disc diameter: 205mm.
- Cutting speed: 270 RPM.
- Manufactured in anodised aluminium and stainless steel to resist the corrosive effects of salts and acids.
- Designed for ease of use and fast cleaning.
- Up to 60 different slicing and grating combinations with optional accessories.
- Safety interlock switches prevent operation if the machine is opened or the feeder handle is not closed correctly.
- Forced ventilation to motor.
- Low voltage control (24V) with NVR (No-Voltage Release) to avoid unintentional start.
- Watertight casing (IP54).
