Perfectly suited to crepes, buckwheat pancakes, tempura, roti, chapattis and even peking duck, the Commercial Crepe Maker is versatile and easy to use. The enameled coated cast iron plates are easy to clean and prevents sticking without excessive oil.
At the end of cooking simply wipe down with a sponge and leave for a further 10 minutes to dry. The strong heating elements cook crepes quickly with up to 120 pieces per hour perfectly cooked on both sides.
